Fireworks (2023)

Fireworks (2023) is an Italian film about the infamous 1980 double homicide known as "The Giarre Murder" which shocked the country and helped advance gay rights throughout Italy. Set in Sicily, the film tells the story of Gianni (Samuele Segreto) and Nino (Gabriele Pizzurro), whose forbidden romance scandalizes their island home and puts a target on their backs from the intolerant religious community that dominates the population. While a film based on a true crime is probably not the best place to go looking for skin, there isn't any nudity in this flick. However, both Samuele Segreto and Gabriele Pizzurro sport some skimpy swimwear that they nicely bulge out and share several steamy gay kisses! Hey, the best part of Fireworks is the big climax!
