Review

Basket Case 2 (1990) follows Duane played by Kevin Van Hentenryck who goes with his mutant brother, Belial, who is bound in a basket to hide from prodding journalists. They try to live a secret life, but the media is on their tail. They hide out at Granny Ruth's house (played by Annie Ross) which is a haven to deformed monsters and mutants. Soon Kevin has to defend himself and his brother against the monsters that live there. 

Kevin is a stone-cold fox when he checks out some of his battle wounds in the mirror, showing off a snippet of that round rump. He also takes off his shirt before grabbing a baseball bat and we are going crazy over his hunky muscles! Who's the real basket case now?
