Black Stone (2015)

They say, “Once you go black, you don’t go back.” Maybe that’s how Black Ice (1992), Black Venus (2010), Black Sails (2014-2017), Black Lightning (2018-2019), Black Monday (2019-2021), Black Bird (2022) and Black Mirror (2011-2023) earned their titles. Of course, Mr. Man would be remiss not to include Black Stone (2015) on this list. Under the pen and direction of Roh Gyeong-tae, the skinternational pic continues the theme of environmental pollution inspired by French auteur Robert Bresson and Thai filmmaker Apichatpong Weerasethakul. This French flick follows a South Korean army recruit named Shon Sun (Won Tae-hee, also known as Ha Jung-woo). He is drafted while his parents are toiling away in a food processing plant in Seoul. But when Sun tires of the army’s abuse, he deserts and runs back home only to discover his parents have vanished. As such, the hero goes on a personal mission to find his folks, no matter the danger. Unfortunately, once Shon enters the jungle where his father was born, he learns that it has been contaminated. Despite the depressing nature of the plot, you’ll perk up when Tae-hee displays his naked T&A. Yes, he takes a shower with a bunch of nude dudes just three minutes into the movie! As you can guess, we were won over by Won’s wet pecs and glistening glutes. In another scene, the skintastic actor bares his back and butt when getting washed off near a waterfall. Considering his flesh, it’s no wonder Black Stone will get you rock hard!
