Danny Pino was born and raised in Miami, Florida, in a Cuban household. He speaks Spanish fluently, which has helped him with some of his acting gigs, and with giving us another reason to fall in lust with him. He made his first on-screen debut as regular character Clay in the TV series Men, Women & Dogs from 2001-2002, then quickly landed a recurring role as Armadillo Quintero on the hit show The Shield in 2003, setting off a pattern of playing cops, intermixed with playing criminals, that would define his whole career. From The Shield, he jumped straight to playing Scotty Valens in the primetime hit Cold Case, a role that lasted him for over 150 episodes from 2003-2010. And without breaking, he transitioned straight into another long-running role as Nick Amaro in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit from 2011-2021. While trolling the New York streets for bad guys, he also became one, playing Miguel Galindo, a cartel mob boss in Sons of Anarchy. It’s in this role where we get to see Danny’s bare butt in action, as he silently and with great passion, seduces his wife into a quickie. You can also see the dark-haired wonder as Luke Healy in primetime’s BrainDead in 2016, and as Bishop in Gone from 2017-2018. And let’s not forget his film roles, like playing Alberto Mora in Lost City(2005) with Bill Murray and Andy Garcia, Santiago in The Burning Plain (2008) with Charlize Theron, Carter Heywood in Fatale (2020) with Hilary Swank, and Larry Mora in the film adaption of Dear Evan Hansen(2021).
