Handsome comedian Dave Sheridan started his entertainment career in 1991 when he worked with Kevin Nealon behind-the-scenes on the popular Weekend Update segment, while interning on Saturday Night Live. When he was done interning, on advice from Chris Farley, Newark, Delaware's own Dave started doing his own stuff at The Second City in Chicago, which eventually led to Dave creating the MTV prank show Buzzkill. Yes, decades before either Punk'd or Jackass, Dave was all over MTV pranking both innocent bystanders and even a few celebrities. That show was gone too soon, not because it couldn't find an audience, but because MTV didn't want to deal with all the lawsuits. Most became familiar with Dave for his big screen debut role as Officer Doofy in the spoof flick Scary Movie (2000), who we got to see running around in his underwear, only to find that Doofy is packing a cannon of a cock thanks to some clever prosthetic work. Dave moved on to play Doug, the surprisingly shredded, mullet sporting, mustachioed beef jerky lover in Ghost World (2001). It's supposed to be funny, but his abs are no laughing matter. He even shows off his nunchaku skills when the store owner kicks him out. None have looked hotter doing it! He had small roles in Corky Romano (2001), Bubble Boy (2001), Little Man (2006), and Horrible Bosses (2011), but the former Officer Doofy was feeling spoofy once more, so he soon found himself in the Paranormal Activity (2009) parody A Haunted House (2013) and its sequel A Haunted House 2 (2014). But we most enjoyed his take on The Walking Dead, The Walking Deceased (2015). Dave plays Sheriff Lincoln, who is the movie's take on Rick Grimes. Like Rick slept through the zombie apocalypse and woke up in a hospital, we see Dave wake up in a hospital Johnny, and comically topple over trying to put his boots on. We see backdoor balls and buns in the melee, but not his little Johnny. Then we see him among the survivors, waking up in a pair of whitey tighties. We'd play last man on Earth with Dave! Dave did Fifty Shades of Black (2017), but has most recently been playing it straight with roles in regular horror movies like Massacre Academy (2021), ShadowMarsh (2022), and The Curse of Bridge Hollow (2022). You can keep your Marriott's and Motel 6's, we'll spend our night inside Dave Sheridan!
