Flickering Lights (2000)

The crime comedy Flickering Lights (2000) follows three small time gangsters—Torkild (Søren Pilmark), Arne (Mads Mikkelsen), and Stefan (Nikolaj Lie Kaas)—running amok in Copenhagen. The leader of the pack Torkild just celebrated his 40th birthday, and with age creeping up on him, he’s looking to land a big score to get out of the business. That big score turns out to be a shit ton of cash, which everyone is gunning for, including legendary tough guy Peter (Ulrich Thomsen). The group of gangsters must lay low in an abandon house in the countryside before escaping to a new life in Barcelona. But as the three dudes kill time, they slowly renovate the house and turn it into a restaurant. It’s all fun and games until some really evil people come looking for their cash. In between all the plotting and waiting, Mads Mikkelsen, Nikolaj Lie Kaas, and Søren Pilmark all bare butts while going for a dip in the ocean. The guys of Flickering Lights will have you flickering yourself!
