It Follows (2014)

Imagine, for a second, that something is always following you with the intention to kill, and that you have no idea what this thing will manifest itself as. Imagine, then, that you can transfer this deadly entity to someone else through sex. That's what Jay (played by Maika Monroe) deals with in It Follows (2014). Longing for the freedom romanticism brings, Jay has sex with a new boyfriend named Hugh (Jake Weary). She wakes up tied to a wheelchair, and Hugh tells Jay that she'll be followed by something that wants to kill her. The only way to get rid of this STD-like paranormal curse is by having sex with someone else. 

And while the fatal entity following Jay may be a curse, it certainly doesn't always manifest itself as one. We get a glimpse of Don Hails standing on the roof totally naked, his cock visible as Jay drives away, plus several shirtless actors during the "transmission"scenes. Yum!
