We knew he was hot when he portrayed a male model on the Nickelodeon series Big Time Rush. More like Big Time Crush! After making guest appearances on shows like CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and I Hate My Teenage Daughter, Keegan became everyone’s muse when he scored the role of good guy/bad guy Toby Cavanaugh on the hit series Pretty Little Liars.
