Madame Bovary (2000)

You’ll be feeling horny for the BBC produced Madame Bovary (2000), another crotch-rousing take on the oft-adapted classic novel by Gustave Flaubert. Brit pixie Frances O’Connor stars as the titular French housewife who embarks on a series of lustily illicit affairs after becoming bored with her marriage to a doting dullard. Before succumbing to a self-administered dose of arsenic, the rapturous Ms. O’Conner enjoys a big O during a tryst in the woods with Rodolphe (Greg Wise). The breathless British babe bares his butt twice, giving us multiple opportunities to get lost in the lust of his flesh. I don’t remember this novel being so seductive when I read it in school!
