Pompeii (2014)

Set in 79 A.D., the adventure flick Pompeii (2014) follows Milo (Kit Harington), a lowly slave that transforms himself into a mighty gladiator. With the storied Mount Vesuvius set to erupt, Milo’s fate is set in motion to save his true love Cassia (Emily Browning), the daughter of a wealthy merchant who has been betrothed to the corrupt Senator Corvus (Kiefer Sutherland). With the help of fellow slave Atticus (Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje), Milo just make it out of the battle arena to rescue Cassia and escape the raging river of lava.
