The Rainbow (1989)

Loosely adapted from part of the D.H. Lawrence novel of the same name, The Rainbow (1989) follows Ursula (Sammi Davis), the idealistic daughter of a wealthy mine owner that yearns for more out of her life. Ursula’s desire for a grander life often has her chasing rainbows, but when she realizes that she actually can’t catch them, her disappoint and disillusionment lead her on a sexual path of experimentation and fun, as she dips her toe in the waters of lesbianism. But when she has an affair with Anton (Paul McGann), a young military officer, her life starts to change. But when Anton pushes Ursula for her hand in marriage, she freaks out and takes off running. You’ll more than freak out when Paul McGann busts out his beautiful butt and flopping penis in two heartfelt scenes. Mr. Man would like to find Paul at the end of his rainbow!
