The Shelter (2015)

The Shelter (2015) is actually about a homeless shelter, or rather the odd things that happen at this particular haunted house. When a homeless man named Thomas (Michael Paré) finds himself at an abandoned two-story house at night, he takes it as shelter for himself. He soon finds that it's likely abandoned for a reason and that he isn't alone in this house. 

Michael may be in a haunted house, but we would give anything to share a space in that house - especially when we almost get to see his butt. It's a close call, but ultimately we're left wanting more of that bum's bum!
