The Wolverine (2013)

In the sequel to his first solo outing from the X-Men, The Wolverine (2013) follows the adamantium-clawed, ab-tastic mutant (Hugh Jackman) as he heads to Japan to pay respects to Yashida (Hal Yamanouchi), an old acquaintance dying of cancer. While in Toyko, Wolverine is offered an opportunity to rid himself of his immortality, which the slicing and dicing super-hero views as a curse. For the sake of the plot, Wolverine refuses to give up his powers, and everything goes crazy, especially when the Yakuza, the infamous gangsters of Japan interrupt Yashida’s funeral. The mutton-chopped mutant finds himself on the defensive as all hell breaks loose, and he finds a robotic parasite attached to his heart, suppressing his healing ability. Oh, no! But the viewer finds redemption when Hugh Jackman shows off a bit of butt crack and his amazing body in various scenes of cleansing and fighting. Who knew comic books could be so damn sexy!
