X-Men: Days of Future Past (2014)

The Marvel Comics superhero team of mutants continues to marvel audiences with X-Men: Days of Future Past (2014). Following X-Men: The Last Stand (2006), X-Men: First Class (2011) and The Wolverine (2013), this action flick depicts a grim future on the horizon; one that sees oversized robots systematically hunting and killing mutants and their non-mutant supporters. As such, the mutton-chopped slicer and dicer Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) must travel back in time to 1973 and change the course of history by undoing key events that will forever erase the Sentinel program. If the handsome hunk with the adamantium claws doesn’t complete his mission, then it’s curtains for Bishop (Omar Sy), Blink (Fan Bingbing), Charles Xavier (James McAvoy), Colossus (Daniel Cudmore), Hank/Beast (Nicholas Hoult), Erik Lehnsherr/Magento (Michael Fassbender), Peter/Quicksilver (Evan Peters), Raven/Mystique (Jennifer Lawrence), Rogue (Anna Paquin), Storm (Halle Berry), and Warpath (Booboo Stewart). Since Wolverine is on the case of the killer robots, the comic book-based pic really heats up — especially when Mr. Jackman flashes his fantastic flesh! No wonder this sexy sequel was a mega-smash at the box office. It also was named Best Sci-Fi/Fantasy at the Empire Awards and was nominated for Favorite Action Movie at the MTV Awards and Favorite Flick at the Young Hollywood Awards. Of course, Hugh is the one who won us over when he doffed his duds to show off his impeccable pecs and nude booty just 18 minutes into the movie. X-Men? Mr. Man would like to put the ‘X’ in “sex” with Jackman!
