xXx (2002) is all about an extreme sports athlete named Xander Cage, played by the effortlessly sexy Vin Diesel, who is recruited by the government on a special mission. Vin Diesel gives one lucky lady the opportunity to rub tanning oil all over his muscled body in a scene that is extra sensual. He goes shirtless quite a bit to show off his bulging biceps and chiseled pecs, especially when he walks around in his boxers in one scene. We give him an X rating for sure!
