12 Paces without a Head (2009)

Set in the Baltic during the beginning of the fifteenth-century, the adventure flick 12 Paces without a Head (2009) follows the German folk hero Klaus Störtebeker (Ronald Zehrfeld), an infamous pirate that begins to have serious doubts about his career choice when he is seriously injured in a fight. He also gets second thoughts about his swashbuckling future when he meets and falls in love with the lovely Billie (Franziska Wulf). Klaus is now faced with the most difficult decision in his life: Abandon his new love and head back to the high seas, or stay with Billie and shuck his plundering ways. Thankfully for us, Klaus’ best bud Gödeke (Matthias Schweighöfer) shows complete nudity when he hops out of the tub and takes a look overboard. Shiver me timbers!
