Boyz n the Hood (1991)

Yo, yo, yo, yo! Boyz N the Hood (1991) is John Singleton’s debut film following the trials and tribulations of three African-American friends Ricky, Doughboy and Tre (Morris Chestnut, Ice Cube and Cuba Gooding Jr.) growing up in a Los Angeles ghetto. All though they are close friends, each chooses a different direction in life. Ricky is an athlete pursuing a football scholarship to USC; Doughboy becomes a drug pushing gangbanger; and Tre is trying to get into college. As the trio try to make something of their life and get out of the ghetto, fate steps in the way and not everyone makes it out alive. In a brief scene, Gooding Jr. shows his naked backside as he attempts to lose his virginity to Nia Long. It’s only a glimpse, but it’s good enough for me!
