Busenfreunde (1997)

The boob tube flick Busenfreunde aka “best friends” in English follows the titular foursome—Guido (Jan Josef Liefers), Nina (Jennifer Nitsch), Bernhard (Ulrich Noethen), and Markus (Stefan Reck)—as they go about their daily lives, building their careers and looking for love. Sounds like the German version of Friends. Even though they’ve been friends since childhood, they have very little in common: Guido is a macho womanizer, Bernard is a hopeless virgin who spends more time in the psychiatrist’s office than with women, Markus is an unemployed actor who is hiding a secret from his buddies, and Nina is cynical gal trying to get over being dumped by her boyfriend. They’re all such good friends that they decide to move in together, a decision that is dominated by one simple rule—no one is allowed to have sex with one another. Their domestic arrangement is working well until Marcus’ hunk cousin Peter (Michael von Au) moves in and catches Nina’s eye and crotch. But it’s Jan Josef Liefers’ fully nude performance that catches Mr. Man’s eye. This German has one sweet sausage!
