Dawson's Creek (1998-2000)

The definitive teen drama of the early 2000's, over its six seasons Dawson’s Creek (1998-2003) followed the story of four friends who lived in a small coastal town in Massachusetts as they dealt with the troubles and turmoil of growing up. All four stars went on to bigger things: Michelle Williams has three Oscar nominations, Katie Holmes was a tabloid queen for years after marrying Tom Cruise, Joshua Jackson went on to go sci-fi by starring on Fox's Fringe, and James Van Der Beek didn't want....yer life! But before all that, they were a tight crew of compadres hanging out together on The WB. Dawson (James Van Der Beek) was the wannabe filmmaker with all sorts of thoughts on life that he occasionally shared with his horny best bud Pacey (Joshua Jackson) and his hot girl next door childhood friend Joey (Katie Holmes). But when the blonde baddie Jen (Michelle Williams) moves into town to live with her grandma, suddenly Dawson is ditching both of them to try and get into her pants! From Pacey porking his MILFy teacher (Leann Hunley) and Dawson's dad Mitch (John Wesley Shipp) dying in a car crash after they fight about film school, to Joey wearing a wire to take down her drug dealing dad (Gareth Williams) and Abby (Monica Keena) dying after the actress got sick of being on the show, there were so many memorable moments that went down in the fictional town of Capeside. But remember, Since Dawson’s Creek aired on broadcast TV it was constrained in what they could show, so there was no real nudity. Insert "crying Dawson gif here." Super corny but unfortunately never softcore porn-y, there were still plenty of sexy moments that touch you in all the right spots. The guys were seen shirtless on occasion which was always a welcome sight. In one scene Joshua Jackson jumps into a car during a road trip and loses his pants. He flashes half of his fine ass as he falls into the car. But back in the day, tons of the show's drama revolved around having a character who was, gasp!, gay! In this case it was Jen's brother Jack (Kerr Smith), who viewers got to watch making out with Adam Kaufman. I don't wanna wait....but we're still waiting for the show's stars to flash their phallaces. Oh well. Mr. Man would still love to make a bed squeak with any of the teen dreams on Dawson's Creek.
