Dracula (2020)

The old count himself is learning some new tricks in the latest incarnation of Bram Stoker's classic.  The undead and impossibly suave bloodsucker has some new life breathed into him ala a 3-part mini-series on Netflix; it follows Claes Bang as Count Dracula in 1897 Transylvania plotting his reign of terror on Victorian England.  This version ups the horror and humor with some gruesome blood gushing gothic gore and an ever charming neck-biter getting more and more comfortable in his (and some others) skin!  Claes Bang takes on the lead role previously played by Bela Lugosi, Christopher Lee, and Gary Oldman, yet he oozes more charm than most of them while showing you his Danish derriere, much to our delight.  This naughty Nosferatu does all the evil things you'd expect from him...  He beheads some clergy, seduces young ladies with a single stare, wears gory skin suits to transform into others, and most importantly, temps us with that Transylvanian tush on full display.  If only Keanu Reeves would show up at some point to say "The man himself, he has grown young!" in his British accent, to woo you even further, you might never be able to take your eyes off the screen!
