For a sexy, gay, foreign flickit's hard to go wrong with our good friend Pedro Almodovar. The director tells queer stories with care and nudity which are things I like, but his steamiest film by far is 2004'sBad Education. Let's take a look at young Gael García Bernal's cross-dressing gay role in Mala Educacion.
Almodovar takes us into a thrilling journey about Catholic schooling and the effects it has on young male friendships and the trauma that an abused young man faces. The film is also about friendship and reflection...really close friendship. Two friends, Ignacio and Enrique, fall for each other and come back into each other's lives again in the 1970s and again in the 1980s. Fele Martinez plays Enrique who proudly bends over and shows his ass.
Gael really takes the cake as a young man who dons a blond wig to have sex with Alberto Ferreiro. He plays a performer who reconnects with Alberto, his grade-school crush, who he has a very hot sex scene with.
Props go to Gael, as always, for being super sexy. But he also famously popped OFF at a New York Times writer who said this film had too many explicit homosexual sex scenes for her taste. Bernal "wanted it on record" that he did not hesitate to take the role and has no shame in doing so.SI, EL REY, GO OFF!
