From Afar (2015) is a Venezuelan film written and directed by Lorenzo Vigas and starring Alfredo Castro, Luis Silva, Jericó Montilla, and Catherina Cardozo. This sexy Spanish drama won the Golden Lion at the 72nd Venice International Film Festival. It was also the Venezuelan entry for the Best Foreign Language Film at the 89th Academy Awards. Originally titled Desde allá, the film follows a rich, middle aged man named Armando who pays young men for their company. Armando’s life changes forever after he becomes sexually involved with a teenage gang member. Our lives are changed forever too, by all the great nudity in From Afar!
