Guns Akimbo (2019)

In this fever dream of action, comedy, and video game-esque violence, we follow unapologetic loser Miles (The ever charming Daniel Radcliffe), pissing his life away on the couch, amounting to nothing on a daily basis.  In this ultra-violent world presented to us, there is only one form of entertainment that is taking over and it is the gladiator style online game where real-life psychos take each other out with extreme prejudice!  In this "to the death" style competition called Skizm, complete strangers hunt each other down and murder each other for millions of online viewers, who become obsessed with each fighter like it's their team's quarterback, but with more murder.  As Miles wakes up to a knock on his door one day with 4 nutjobs beating down his door and knocking him out, he finds himself dragged into the deadly competition kicking and screaming...  Oh, he also has a couple of handguns bolted to his hands, so there is no stepping away from this one, also no real way for Miles to put on a pair of pants, so he's in it for real and has been tasked with killing the most deadly participant in the game, Nix (Samara Weaving).  Can Miles history of running away from life's problems payoff for him as he tries to flee to murders, viewers, police, and random enemies coming after him or is he going to have to put those gun-hands of his to good use and team up with Nix to fight his way out of this one?  We're not gonna tell, but we definitely love seeing Harry Potter himself in such a ridiculous scenario, but we also get a chance to see Daniel's prosthetic pee-pee as he tries to take a leak in a toilet with guns for hands.  Enjoy the absurdity!
