Jerry Maguire (1996)

Jerry Maguire (1996) became an instant classic with quotable lines like “You had me at hello;” “Help me, help you;” “You complete me;” and “Show me the money!” Of course, it didn’t hurt that Cameron Crowe’s critically-acclaimed romantic dramedy features Tom Cruise in the title role. For his work, the lovely leading man was named Favorite Actor at the Blockbuster Awards and by the National Board of Review. If that’s not impressive enough, Tom also picked up an MTV Movie Award for Best Male Performance as well as a Golden Globe and a Satellite Award for Best Actor in a Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy. Suffice it to say, the sports flick was a massive hit with cameos by Dallas Malloy, Frank Gifford, Kerry Collins, Ki-Jana Carter, Rich Kotite, Roy Firestone, and Warren Moon as themselves. Thanks to a locker room scene, the movie also includes the naked T&A on Gale Hillman. Although feisty single mom Dorothy Boyd (Renée Zellweger) eventually snags her titular man, the film’s true romance is of a deeply platonic variety, blossoming between sports agent Jerry and his only client Rod Tidwell (Cuba Gooding Jr.), an undersized, big-mouthed football player. Despite revealing more about integrity and loyalty than depicting hot sex scenes, the film ensures Tom and Cuba’s bare bods can be seen. The former flashes his back and butt at the 01:24:51 mark, while the latter later displays his abs, ass, and shaft! In other words, Oscar winner Gooding did in fact show us the money!
