Last Man Standing (1996)

Akira Kurosawa’s film Yojimbo (1961) is the inspiration for the Walter Hill thriller Last Man Standing (1996), not to be confused with the Tim Allen sitcom Last Man Standing (2011-2021). Set during the dry days of the Prohibition era (1920-1933), this R rated flick follows John Smith (Bruce Willis), a wandering gunslinger trying to hide from the world. He drifts through Jericho, Texas, where two rival Chicago gangs are running booze-smuggling rackets to move hooch from south of the border to supply the Windy City underworld. One bunch is the Strozzi mob headed by Fredo (Ned Eisenberg) and the other is an Irish gang led by Doyle (David Patrick Kelly). Smith arrives in the midst of an uneasy truce between the formerly warring packs, and gets it into his head to play both sides for maximum profit. As such, he must avoid Sheriff Ed Galt (Bruce Dern), Captain Tom Pickett (Ken Jenkins) and Deputy Bob (Ted Markland) while dealing with Giorgio Carmonte (Michael Imperioli) and Hickey (Christopher Walken). Regarding the latter, we’d love to suck on the neck of Mr. Willis — especially when we get a gander at his wet chest in the bath. In another scene, the nude dude shows off his bare back while getting busy with Wanda (Leslie Mann). When they’re interrupted, the naked babe flashes his ass as he grabs his gun. With the help of SkinVision, there’s a nice view of the Willis willy when he fires his pistol. What a way to blast your load!
