Major League (1989)

When former Las Vegas showgirl Rachel Phelps (Margaret Whitton) inherits the Cleveland Indians baseball team from her deceased husband, she makes immediate plans to move the team to Miami. To make the leap to the Sunshine State, the team has to under perform in regards to attendance, so the shrewd business babe concocts a plan to put the worst team possible on the field, which includes Jake Taylor (Tom Berenger), a catcher with bad knees; incarcerated pitcher Ricky Vaughn (Charlie Sheen), voodoo-practicing power hitter Pedro Cerrano (Dennis Haysbert); dead arm veteran pitcher Eddie Harris (Chelcie Ross); and high-priced prima donna infielder Roger Dorn (Corbin Bernsen). Though the season starts off the way Phelps hoped, the team manages to string together a winning streak that takes them to the playoffs.

The hijinks on the diamond can’t match the fun in the locker room. Corbin Bernsen bares butt and backsack while Dennis Haysbert flaunts his jock strap-clad body. These dudes are Major League (1989) hot!
