Neighbors (2014)

The comedy flick Neighbors (2014) follows Mac (Seth Rogan) and Kelly (Rose Byrne), a young couple who are hampered with a newborn daughter. Of course, when a baby comes into a couple’s life, friendships get put on the backburner, which Mac and Kelly’s best buds Jimmy (Ike Barinholtz) and his ex-wife Paula (Carla Gallo) have a difficult time understanding. The new parents’ life gets drastically changed when the raucous fraternity Delta Psi Beta moves into adjacent house. The fraternity’s leaders, Teddy Sanders (Zac Efron) and Pete Regazolli (Dave Franco), aspire to join the hard-partying frat house by throwing a massive bash to end all bashes. When Mac ask Teddy to turn down the music one night, the simple request turns into an hilarious feud.

Between the hilarity, the hunky Zac Efron and Seth Rogan shows off their fine physiques while modeling in front of the mall. More importantly, Dave Franco shows his muscular butt while caught in the middle of humping his gal. Mr. Man would love to show these dudes some neighborly love!
