Everyone’s talking about the big news out of the Big Apple! Zohran Mamdani, the progressive candidate for New York City Mayor, beat out Andrew Cuomo in the city’s primary election, despite the former governor waging an expensive campaign against Zohran and his progressive positions.
Speaking of positions, it turns out Zohran is the son of Mira Nair, the Indian-American filmmaker behind the film adaptation of the ancient Hindu sex manual, the Kama Sutra!
