Promise at Dawn (2017)

Promise at Dawn (2017) is a French WWII film that follows Romain Gary (Pierre Niney), a French writer, who was a student in Nice and then a pilot during the war. This movie tells his life story with comedy and tragedy. 

Pretty-boy Pierre Niney gets a wacky scene when he gets up naked from a hospital bed and puts on his pilot hat. He marches out naked and tries intensely to exit, but he isn't going anywhere with a tight ass like that!
