Pulsion (2014)

Thanks to the writing and direction of female filmmaker Ovidie, the French flick Pulsion (2014) takes self-love to the extreme. This adult rom-com follows a woman named Eva (Emy Russo) who can only orgasm via masturbation at her own hand. As such, she decides to check herself into a sex rehab center where she meets a sexologist (Christophe Bier) and his therapy assistant (Julie Valmont), plus patients Buck (Pascal Saint-James), Carla (Carla Cat), Cedric (Phil Hollyday), Chris (Titof), Frank (Tony Carrera), Laurence (Tiffany Doll), Laurent (Bruno SX), Melanie (Angell Summers), and Zoe (Liza Del Sierra). But what happens when you put a whole bunch of people struggling with sex addiction under the same roof? As you can guess, Eva steps into a sex-a-thon, 24 hours a day, from which there is no escape. But Monsieur Man asks, “Who would want to get away?” In addition to covering everything from asexuality to nymphomania, the film features real penetrative sex in a number of scenes. Let’s hear it for method acting! In other words, the skintastic cast reveals their flexibility — and everything else! If you don’t believe us, fast-forward to the 40-minute mark to watch Bruno, Phil and Tony turn their outdoor meditation class into a full-blown orgy with all of the men showing off their erect penises as they get blowies and bang some female ingénues. Merci beaucoup! If that’s not mouthwatering enough, Titof serves his hard sausage in several scenes, including one wherein Mademoiselle Russo sucks him to completion. Boner appétit!
