The American Dreamer (1971)

The American Dreamer? More like The American Creamer! We were excited to finally get our hands on this rare title after realizing that Mr. Man Hall of Famer Dennis Hopper lets his double Whopper hang out in multiple scenes. The American Dreamer (1971) follows the Hollywood icon as he goes about finishing production on his infamous flick, The Last Movie (also 1971). Through the documentary we are afforded intimate glimpses into Hopper’s private creative world following his catapult to fame via Easy Rider (1969). While the big budget The Last Movie was arguably a bust, at least in that it went epically over budget, The American Dreamer made waves in the festival circuit, but was never picked up for wide release. Years later, and it has finally been remastered for DVD, which means we get to see that yummy ass and even some back sac! Hey Hopper, how about you bring out that flopper?
