The Killing Gene (2007)

There are skintastic thrills to be had while watching the thriller The Killing Gene (2006), not to be confused with the small screen saga The Killing (2011-2014). Also known as WΔZ, this gritty suspense flick follows the honest and hardworking Detective Eddie Argo (Stellan Skarsgård) and his rookie partner Helen Westcott (Melissa George) as they set out to solve a series of gruesome murders committed by a gang member. Judging by the evidence, it appears the criminal must be a math whizz since his victims are found with an odd equation carved into their skin. As the cops dig deeper into the case, they discover that each victim was forced to choose between sacrificing their own life for a loved one’s life, a similar fate that the insane murderer faced. As such, it’s up to Eddie and Helen to solve the equation and catch the killer before he strikes again. Although this movie is bloody, it’s also fleshy! For starters, Wesley Smith (Michael Liebmann) provides some pubes and peen in a gruesome autopsy scene just 14 minutes into the pic. Later, Pierre Jackson (Tom Hardy) shows off his tattooed chest. Too bad it’s while he’s being tortured. The same is true for Daniel Leone (Ashley Walters). The film also features Paul Kaye, Sally Hawkins, Selma Blair, and some major skin from Stellan. Fast-forward to the 01:23:52-minute mark to see Mr. Skarsgård’s Skarspecs, Skarsack and Skarschlong. If you can stomach the terror, you’ll be weak in the knees and wet in the undies!
