The Last Movie (1971)

The Last Movie (1971) takes place in Peru, where western movie "Billy the Kid" is being shot at the time. When an actor is unexpectedly killed, the stuntman (Dennis Hopper) gives up filmmaking entirely to live in Peru with a local prostitute, hoping for simplicity and paradise. To his dismay, the locals have been far more affected by the filming of the movie than even he was, and they are now reenacting violent scenes—but actually killing each other. 

We've gotta hand it to Dennis, though—he is one sexy stuntman, and he gets naked to have sex with his new woman underneath a waterfall in paradise. There's also another titllitating scene where Dennis gets sprayed in the face with breastmilk, redefining the term "facial" as we know it. Trust us—this is the last movie you're ever going to need to watch.
