The Orchard (2016)

The Orchard (2016) is about a Hollywood talent scout named Max Roth (Matt Angel) who inherits a sprawling apple orchard in British Columbia's Okanagan Valley. He initially wants to sell it for a profit, but he soon finds that there's more to the real estate than its selling price.

We'd pay a hefty price to see Matt Angel naked after watching him lounge in bed shirtless in this movie.
