The Shape of Water (2017)

The winner of the 2018 Oscars' Best Picture Award, The Shape of Water notoriously became the "fish sex" movie - but we think it's much more nuanced than that! When the mute Elisa comes face to face with an amphibian man at her job as a janitor at a secret government facility, she instantly falls in love. It turns out that the government wants to kill him, though, so she does everything in her power to save his life and be with him forever. Michael Shannon plays the bad guy, a general so bitter than he wants nothing more than to dissect the creature. We see his bare buns as he pounds into his wife and covers up her mouth. Kinky!
