Hmm, a bunch of college boys playing out prison roles in a basement? Sign us up! The Stanford Prison Experiment (2015) is about real life events that took place in 1971 at Stanford University. A psychology professor decided to test out the effects that prison has on both prisoners as well as guards by splitting up a group of boys into the two separate roles. The project lasted for about a week, and has become famous for it’s revelatory finding. We’re just glad that director Kyle Patrick Alvarez decided to give the experiment the Hollywood treatment, because our findings are that the flick's stars are dead sexy!
