A Man, His Lover and His Mother (2013)

Originally titled Rosie, this film follows acclaimed gay writer Lorenz Meran (Fabian Krüger) who has to leave Berlin and head back to his tiny hometown in Switzerland to care for his aging mother Rosie. The only problem? Rosie really doesn't want to be cared for, and makes it difficult for Lorenz and his sister to make arrangements. To make matters worse - or better - Lorenz strikes up a romance with the much younger Sebastian Ledesma, who bares his butt during a hot gay sex scene.
