X-Men (2000)

There are mutants living among us who have wild powers.  Some people fear them, some persecute them and that’s not a good idea because, well, they have those powers. X-Men (2000) introduces viewers to Professor Charles Xavier (Patrick Stewart) who runs an academy for mutants, protects them and is the leader of a team of “Good Mutants” who must battle Magneto (In McKellan) and his “bad mutants” that want to destroy humans and take control.  Xavier is reluctantly joined by Logan a.k.a. Wolverine (Hugh Jackman), and indestructible mutant with a metal skeleton and a bad temper.

Jackman’s Wolverine might have an anamanthium skeleton, but it’s wrapped in high quality man meat.  Hugh got huge for this movie and takes every opportunity to show off his toned torso. He fights with his shirt off, walks around with his shirt off and jokes about having his shirt off.  One thing viewers won’t do is complain that he has his shirt off.  If this is what mutants look like, bring ‘em on.
