There is are somewhat scientific answers to why a penisappears bigger in the heat. According to an article in People, Dr. Jamin Brahmbhatt says that in the summer we generally consume more water which makes the body appear slightly more bloated, giving some parts the perception that they are bigger. Other doctors disagree, however, claiming it has to do with dilated blood vessels which increase the blood flow and swelling to the cock. We love that these experts can disagree, but all agree on one thing: dicks look bigger in the heat.
