The web is abuzz this week with news of HBO's latest show,Westworld, thanks to its relatively strange nudity requirements. While very few things about this scenario are actually surprisingHBO is producing another out-of-the-box drama after the wild success ofGame of Thrones, there will be throngs of naked people on said drama, and the Internet is speculating on a minute slice of informationthe specificity of the contract ispretty damn weird.

The show itself is based on the 1973 sci-fi thriller written by Michael Crichton, the brain behind beloved Jurassic Park.

The premise itself is relatively simple: Androids run amuck in a futuristic theme park, which may or may not be virtual. HBO says it's a show about the dawn of artificial consciousness and the future of sin, which is fancy speak for WHEN ROBOTS TAKE OVER THE WORLD.

The teaser is engrossing: Evan Rachel Wood, sitting with a fly on her eyeball, answers to James Marsden, whose sexy voice is all, Have you ever questioned the nature of your reality?

Due to the subversive, dark nature of the content, the inclusion of nudity makes sense. But when a snippet of Central Casting's nudity agreement came out, everyone Freaked. Out. Eh hem:

Actors may be required to perform genital-to-genital touching, simulate oral sex with hand-to-genital touching, contort to form a table-like shape while being fully nude, pose on all fours while others who are fully nude ride on your back, [and] ride on someone's back while you are both fully nude.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the document was given to background actors participating in a specific shoot, but stillthat's a mouthful.

There are bigger things to think about than the general, nakedness, of course: Why are people riding around on each other's backs in the nude? I'm all for Western-themed foreplay, but even this seems a little clich.

Needless to say, SAG-AFTRA (acronym speak for the Screen Actors Guild)was not happy about this and was on the premises while the Farmhouse Orgy (obviously not its actual title)wasbeing filmed. HBO has issued an explanation for the strange and legally dubious contract, but SAG-AFTA was all lol, no.

But guys, don't you see? It doesn't matter if Central Casting wrote thisor if it's from the Genital Rumor Millas they say, bad press is good press, and this show is already garnering tons of attention. And for Pete's sake, it is on HBO. We already know there will be plenty of people running around without their clothes on.
