SPOILER ALERT! If you haven’t seen the Ted Lasso season 3 finale, don’t worry - we won’t give away the ending, but we do have to talk about that surprising beginning!
In a season that’s been notably cheeky compared to the previous two, and by that we’re referring to the welcome presence of both Billy Harris and Phil Dunster’s adorable asses in separate episodes, we couldn’t be the only ones hoping the finale would deliver one last Richmond rump (or more!). And deliver it did, but it was not the bum of another player!

Well, we definitely got some eye candy, but not in a way we ever expected! First, the scene starts out Rebecca (Hannah Waddingham) drinking coffee and watching television in a silk robe in her kitchen when Ted comes down after having obviously spent the night there and asks if she wants “to talk about it.” After assuming we all let out a collective scream,the duo is joined by Coach Beard (Brendan Hunt) and Jane (Phoebe Walsh) and it’s revealed the three slept there because of a gas leak in their neighborhood, and the “talk” is about him leaving the club. Not even being a Rebecca/Ted ‘shipper, it was still a rollercoaster moment.

But our spirits are perked by the debut appearance of Brendan’s bethonged buns and impressive bulge. For a character who likes to keep his private life private, the epic red banana hammock Beard sports leaves very little to the imagination! The actor/writer/exec producer gives us a great glimpse of his glutes while sitting them on island counter and then again as he runs out of the room after the maid.

We’ll say it again, this season has really been putting the ass-o in Lasso!
