October is upon us, which means that the year's scariest movies are finallyhitting the big screen. Among them is Crimson Peak, a titillatinggothic horror movie that is confusing only because it's leading lads are so damn hot. Being turned on and terrified at the same time is very confusing, we know, but trust me: This movie isworth it, andit features one of the sexiest humans to ever grace planet Earth (or, you know, Asgard), Tom Hiddleston.
I mean, just look at him.
Sex. Machine.
The trailerlooks scary AF in the best possible way, thanks to master director Guillermo del Torro and the convulted nature of gothic horror in general. Mia Wasikowksa plays an American writer transplanted in England, where she meets Thomas Sharpe (Tom Hiddleston)the mysterious owner of a violent, haunted mansion called Crimson Peak. There are not one, but two love triangles in this movie, plus an unbelievably hot sex scene between Tom and Mia.
Refreshingly, the sex scene itself focuses on female pleasure just as much as it does male pleasure, and while Miais pretty much entirely clothed, Tom is baring his beautiful buns in all their glory. In terms of Hollywood and gothic horror, the dynamic is pretty revolutionary.Hiddleston has actually spoke out about male nudity in films, much like Kevin Bacon, and is on a blissful mission to level the playing field.
We are also blessed by the beautifulCharlie Hunnamin this film, who reportedly has no nudes scenes, but it's all good. He's still really, really fun to look at.
