After The Fall (2014)

Dangerous times call for dangerous measures in the crime drama After The Fall (2014). Wes Bentley stars as Bill Scanlon, an insurance salesman that’s just been handed his walking papers. With his wife, Susan (Vinessa Shaw), continually nagging him about being promoted, her well-to-do dad riding his ass too, combined with the pressures he has placed on himself for not turning out to be like his police officer father, Bill is forced to keep his unemployment a secret. When Bill has no luck finding a new job and facing foreclosure on his house and SUV, he does the only sensible thing—he tries his hand at robbery. Starting with petty crime, stealing money from people in their homes, he eventually moves up to knocking off convenience stores. Along the way, Bill strikes up a relationship with Frank (Jason Isaacs), a detective and friend of his father’s, who’s been tasked with trying to find the new brazen thief causing trouble in the neighborhood. Sounds good? You want some nudity? Too bad. You’ll have to settle for some shirtlessness from both Wes Bentley and Sam Trammell and some side buns from Wes Bently. Hey, we’ll take it!
