Black Island (2021)

Black Island (2021) is a German film from Miguel Alexandre about a quiet European island that gets disrupted when dark secrets threaten to become revealed in this Netflix original film. A woman gets attacked by a dog and another woman watches it without doing anything at all to help. Rude! That's how the film starts. From there, we learn that the woman who was murdered by the dog was the mother of our leading man Jonas who winds up having to live with his only living relative on an island. That's the island in question! He is definitely an outsider on this island, but as this orphaned boy grows up he becomes friends with a teacher. They develop a close relationship but trust us when we say that this is not a feel-good story. She has secrets and so does Jonas. Everyone has things bubbling under the surface and we will not give any of those away right now. We will give away that our leading man shows his ass. Phillip Froissant is tastier than a croissant when he lets us in on his backside. He plays Jonas Hanson and he manages to show his booty in a scene where he is laying in bed with a lucky woman. They fondle each other all over, but we only see his buns and shirtless chest Then he sits up and shows us his booty as he stands by the bed. This is the kind of island man that we want to see more of!
