The story follows a man named Lee who flees New Orleans to Mexico City in the 1940s after a drug bust gone bad. While he's bumming around in Mexico, he becomes curious about a hot bum that catches his attention. That bum belongs to Allerton, a drug addict who was discharged from the US Navy. Allerton is played by Drew Starkey who is a little hottie himself. What are these two going to do together?
