Dollface (2014)

Ah, the long-awaited sequel to the darkly comic Crinoline Head (1995) is finally here! For those who didn't see the first indie horror flick back in the 90s, here's the premise: A young boy named Dorchester lived in a remote cabin on the lake, where his mother died unexpectedly. When no one came to rescue him, he was forced to eat her and was consequently sent to a mental institution. He broke out of the institution at age 18, started wearing a crinoline skirt on his head plus a doll mask on his face, and began killing young teens. 20 years later, Crinoline Head is back, and he's got a new set of teens as targets. This time, college students are doing a research project on him, and he wants none of it—so he'll eliminate them one by one. 

While this horror movie might be low on on-screen kills, it more than makes up for it in skin. We don't see any full-frontal action, but we get a great look at Charles Starks in full drag and a thong, plus Christian James shirtless and Nicholas A. Sweezer in a hilarious sex scene that gets him killed. There's more than one kind of head in this movie, and we're not mad about it.
