Eyes Wide Open (2009)

Faith and love clash in the homoerotic drama Eyes Wide Open (2009). Set in Jerusalem, Zohar Shtrauss co-stars as Aaron, an orthodox Jew who runs a kosher butcher shop established by his father. It seems that Aaron is living the perfect life with his beautiful wife Rivka (Ravit Rozen) and his four sons. But the successful butcher feels like something is missing in his life. That something is Ezri (Ran Danker), a homeless teenager looking for a helping hand. When Aaron offers Ezri a room and a chance to become his apprentice, the unlikely pair quickly develops a friendship that leads to a love affair that will ruin both men.
