Fatal Attraction (2023)

Based on the 1987 Adrian Lyne film of the same name, Fatal Attraction debuted as a miniseries on Paramount+ in the spring of 2023! Lizzy Caplan and Joshua Jackson step into the roles first created by Glenn Close and Michael Douglas, though the twist this time around is that the show plays out in two different timelines. In the present, Jackson's Dan Gallagher is fifteen years into a life sentence for the murder of Caplan's Alex Forrest, while the past timeline—set roundabout 2008—shows how the pair met and fell into the titular affair that turned deadly. It certainly sounds like they're following the original script to the 1987 film which saw Alex committing suicide and framing Dan as her murderer, an ending altered after test screening audiences revolted. 

While he maybe doesn't have the raw sex appeal of Douglas, Joshua Jackson can turn it on when he needs to and he looks fantastic here, showing his ass in the second episode and bulging out his undies elsewhere in the series! Talk about a Fatal Distraction!
