Growing up in Wellesley, Massachusetts, Jay Harrington spent many of his childhood summers at Cape Cod where he found himself drawn to the local junior theater program. With his interest sparked, Jay studied acting at Syracuse University after high school where he became friends with fellow classmate Taye Diggs. Unlike many actors, and despite his love for the junior theater, Jay didn’t appear in many plays as he was starting out and now says he would love to get the chance to do that. He loves to work out and plays basketball in a celebrity league in Los Angeles as well as playing hockey on a local amateur team. Jay will have you frisking yourself when you see him sweaty and shirtless in an episode of S.W.A.T. where we get to see him and some other guys relaxing in a sauna. We first get to check out his strong arms and fit upper body as he walks in wearing just a towel, then he sits down to talk and breaks a sweat which shows off his glistening six-pack abs in all their glory.
