Koko-di Koko-da (2019)

The film Koko-di Koko-da (2019) is a Swedish/Danish co-production that mashes up genres like fantasy, horror, and comedy into a one of a kind film experience you'll never forget! Tobias (Leif Edlund) and Elin (Ylva Gallon) are a couple returning from vacation when Elin suddenly comes down with a horrible case of food poisoning. They are airlifted, along with their young daughter, to a hospital where Elin is treated, but unfortunately it's their young daughter who mysteriously passes away while they're in the hospital. Three years later, Tobias and Elin are trying to put the pieces of their lives back together following this tragedy, when Tobias decides to they need to go on a camping trip to recreate the vacation that ended so tragically three years prior. Unfortunately for them, nothing goes according to plan, particularly once they discover that they're camping in close proximity to a group of sideshow carnival workers. Not happy to have anyone else intruding on their space, the various sideshow performers descend on the couple, hell bent on making their lives a living hell! Little do they realize, this couple's already been through hell and back, and are ready to take on whatever threats come their way! Sadly the film isn't all that concerned with sex and nudity, but in fairness it's juggling a lot of themes. There is one sexy scene roughly 35 minutes into the flick where Leif Edlund is in the woods in just his tighty whities as the ringmaster comes over and pokes at his bulge! As the saying goes, Koko-di Koko-da Life Goes On!
